摘要
Isobam104为异丁烯和马来酸酐的共聚物,在凝胶体系中既可以作为凝胶剂,也可以作为分散剂。采用Isobam104和CMC为复合凝胶剂,制备高性能氧化铝陶瓷,研究两种凝胶剂的加入量对凝胶体系Zeta值、浆料粘度和剪切模量的影响。结果显示:随着固体含量的升高,陶瓷在烧结后的抗弯强度从330 MPa±20 MPa升至424 MPa±21 MPa,相对密度提高至96.5%。该体系在固体含量为72 vol.%、Isobam104为0.3 wt.%、MC含量为0.1 wt.%时,制备的氧化铝陶瓷抗弯强度最大为424 MPa±21 MPa。
Isobam104 is a copolymer of isobutylene and maleic anhydride.It can be used as a gelling agent or a dispersing agent in the gel system.Isobam104 and CMC are used as composite gelling agents to prepare high-performance alumina ceramics and the effects of the addition of two gelling agents on the Zeta value,slurry viscosity and shear modulus of the gel system are studied.The results showed that with the increase of solid content,the flexural strength rate of ceramics after sintering increased from 330 MPa±20 MPa to 424 MPa±21 MPa,and the relative density increased to 96.5%.When the solid content of this system is 72 vol.%,Isobam104 is 0.3 wt.%,and the CMC content is 0.1 wt.%,the maximum bending strength of the prepared alumina ceramic is 424 MPa±21 MPa.
