摘要
Ti-Si金属间化合物材料和陶瓷材料都具有很多优质性能,可以将Ti-Si金属间化合物与陶瓷材料复合制备Ti-Si金属间化合物/陶瓷复合材料。Ti-Si金属间化合物/陶瓷复合材料具有较高的力学性能,良好的耐磨损性能,抗高温氧化性能,耐腐蚀性能等。本文阐述了Ti-Si金属间化合物/陶瓷复合材料的研究现状、制备工艺、显微结构、力学性能,耐磨损性能和抗高温氧化性能以及其他性能等,并对其未来发展趋势进行了分析和预测。
Ti-Si intermetallics compounds materials and ceramic materials both exhibit many excellent properties in their own right.So the Ti-Si intermetallics compounds and ceramics materials were combined to create the Ti-Si intermetallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites.Ti-Si intermetallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites exhibited excellent qualities like high mechanical property,excellent wear resistance and excellent high temperature oxidation resistance,and excellent corrosion resistance.In this paper,the research status,the preparation process,microstructure,mechanical property,wear resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance and other properties of the Ti-Si intermetallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites were mainly introduced.The future development trend of the Ti-Si intermetallics compounds/ceramics matrix composites were analyzed and predicted.
