全媒体赋能青年奋斗精神培育的意义、困境与进路

新时代青年奋斗精神内涵丰富,有其必然的生成逻辑。以“全息云端化、全员联结化、全效网络化”为特征的全媒体技术赋能,是对当前青年奋斗精神培育时空跨度较大、教育力量分散、培育实效不足等隐忧的现实回应。面对全媒体时代青年自我认同问题、青年价值目标问题、青年个人能力问题对奋斗精神培育造成的负面影响,需要从“为谁奋斗”“为何奋斗”“如何奋斗”等维度发力,深化全媒体场域营造,标识青年奋斗自觉;优化全媒体内容开发,凸显青年奋斗方向;强化全媒体队伍建设,增长青年奋斗本领,从而更好地发挥全媒体的赋能效应,促进青年奋斗精神培育引导力与实效性不断提升。

The spirit of youth struggle in the new era is rich in connotation and has its inevitable generation logic.The enabling of all-media technology characterized by"holographic cloud,full connection and full effect network"is a realistic response to the looming concerns of the cultivation of youth struggle spirit,such as the large space and time span,the dispersion of educational forces and the lack of cultivation effectiveness.In the face of the negative impact of youth self-identity,youth value goals,and youth personal ability on the cultivation of the spirit of struggle in the all-media era,it is necessary to make efforts from the dimensions of"for whom to struggle","why to struggle",and"how to struggle"to deepen the construction of the all-media field and mark the youth's consciousness of struggle,optimize the development of all-media content and highlight the direction of youth struggle,strengthen the construction of the all-media team and increase the struggle ability of young people,so as to better play the empowering effect of all-media and promote the guiding power and effectiveness of the cultivation of young people's struggle spirit.
