我国中职学校劳动教育的现状及提升路径研究--基于12686名中职学生的实证调查 被引量:1

摘要 劳动教育在培养社会主义建设者和接班人中发挥着重要作用,尤其是在培养人的生存能力和促进人的全面发展方面,有着不可替代的作用。然而,实证调查结果显示,我国中职学校的劳动教育还存在着学生劳动认知有所偏差、劳动态度和情感有待改变、劳动习惯和品质有待改善、劳动课程的建设有待加强等问题。因此,需要审慎地看待劳动教育存在的问题,加强劳动价值观教育,改变认知偏差;培养学生终身劳动的习惯,养成热爱劳动的品质;建构凸显劳动价值的课程体系,把劳动教育落到实处;完善全面而客观的劳动教育评价体系,提升劳动教育效果;凝聚家庭—学校—社会的劳动教育合力,共同促进劳动教育。 Labor education plays an important role in the cultivation of socialist builders and successors,especially in the cultivation of people’s survival ability and the promotion of people’s all-round development.However,the results of the empirical survey show that there are still some problems in the labor education of secondary vocational schools in China,such as the deviation of students’labor cognition,the change of labor attitude and emotion,the improvement of labor habits and quality,and the construction of labor curriculum.Therefore,we should treat the problems of labor education carefully:strengthen the education of labor values to change the cognitive bias,cultivate students’habits of lifelong labor to develop the quality of loving labor,construct the curriculum system that highlights labor value to put labor education into practice,improve the comprehensive and objective evaluation system of labor education to enhance the effect of labor education,and unite the family,school and society to promote labor education together.
