新时代,家园共育应以社会主义核心价值观为基础,以构建家园学习共同体为引领,充分发挥幼儿园教师的专业指导服务能力,其有效实施的前提是幼儿园与家长建立平等互信关系。在实践中,家园共育还面临诸多困境:家园共育的思想难以一致,家园关系的片面依然存在,家园共育的内容失之偏颇,家园共育的制度有待完善。家园共育的路径优化主要包括:协同发展,树立正确的家园共育理念;主体间性,推动亲师关系的良好发展;问题导向,提供专业化的家庭教育指导服务;制度保障,以规范化管理促进家园共育有效实施。

Under the background of the new era,home-kindergarten co-education should be based on socialist core values,guided by the construction of home learning community,and should give full play to the professional guidance and service ability of kindergarten teachers.The premise of its effective implementation is to establish a relationship of equality and mutual trust between kindergartens and parents.In practice,home-kindergarten co education still faces many difficulties:the idea of home co-education is difficult to be consistent,the one-sided relationship of home and kindergarten still exists,the content of home-kindergarten co-education is biased,and the system of home-kindergarten co-education needs to be improved.The path optimization of home-kindergarten co education mainly includes:coordinated development,setting up the correct concept of home-kindergarten co-education;intersubjectivity,promoting the good development of parent-teacher relationship;problem-oriented,providing professional family education guidance services;system guarantee,standardized management,promoting the effective implementation of home-kindergarten co-education.
