摘要
[目的]针对2个食用栝楼主栽品种的相关指标进行差异分析,为科学引导当地栝楼品种选择、品质评价提供数据支撑。[方法]利用SPSS 22.0对种籽的指标数据进行统计分析,采用单因素(one-way)法分析均值差异显著性,采用pearson法分析双变量相关性显著水平。[结果]皖篓20号种籽的横径、纵径、厚度、百粒重更大,且百粒重与横径、纵径、厚度之间相关性均达到了显著水平;二者的种籽大小有差异,在于剥开后的籽壳有差异,而籽仁大小相当;籽壳厚与籽壳重呈显著正相关,籽壳厚与籽仁比例呈显著正相关,籽壳重与籽仁比例呈显著负相关。[结论]种籽大小显著影响种籽的百粒重,籽壳的厚度与重量显著影响了种籽的可食用部分。
[Objective]The difference analysis of the relevant indicators of the two edible Trichosanthes cultivars was conducted to provide data support for scientifically guiding the selection and quality evaluation of local Trichosanthes species.[Method]SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis of the index data of the seeds,and the one-way method and the pearson method was used to analyze the significance of the mean difference and bivariate correlation respectively.[Result]It was found that the transverse diameter,longitudinal diameter,thickness and 100-grain weight of seeds of Wanlou No.20 were larger,and the correlation between 100-grain weight and transverse diameter,longitudinal diameter and thickness reached a significant level.The difference is that the peeled seed husks are different,while the kernel size is the same.The thickness of the seed hull is significantly positively correlated with the weight of the seed hull.The thickness of the seed hull is positively correlated with the proportion of the seed kernel,while the weight of the seed hull is significantly negatively correlated with the proportion of the seed kernel.[Conclusion]Seed size significantly affected the 100-kernel weight of the seeds,and the thickness and weight of the husk significantly affected the edible part of the seeds.
