宁木特林场天然林保护和生态公益林建设研究

Study on Natural Forest Protection and Ecological Public Welfare Forest Construction in Ningmute Forest Farm

分析青海省河南县宁木特林场天然林资源分布情况和生态公益林建设现状,并就林场建设等相关问题展开讨论。根据河南县天然林护林工作现状及生态公益林建设情况,要充分利用政府财政投入,争取社会力量参与,不断建立健全森林资源管护机制,完善森林管护标准动态调整机制,积极引导地方和社会加大造林和幼林抚育投入力度,做好造林、森林资源培育等工作,进而推动当地林业生态建设。

The distribution of natural forest resources and the status quo of ecological public welfare forest construction in Ningmute forest farm of Henan county,Qinghai province were analyzed,and the construction of forest farm were discussed.According to the current situation of natural forest protection in Henan county and the construction of ecological public welfare forest,it is necessary to make full use of the government’s financial investment,strive for the participation of social forces,continuously establish and improve the forest resource management and protection mechanism,improve the dynamic adjustment mechanism of forest management and protection standards,actively guide the local and society to increase investment in afforestation and young forest tending,and do a good job in afforestation and forest resource cultivation,so as to promote the local forestry ecological construction.
