P2X7受体在情感及认知损害中的作用

摘要 P2X7受体是一种ATP激活的非选择性阳离子通道型受体,参与调控多种病理生理过程,如免疫反应、神经递质释放、氧化应激、细胞增殖与凋亡,以及激活多种细胞内信号传导通路,在情感与认知障碍的发生、发展过程中具有非常关键的调控作用。本文从神经炎症、凋亡、神经发生、氧化应激、信号转导等方面对P2X7受体参与情感及认知功能损害的研究进展进行综述。 P2X7 receptor is a nonselective cation channel type receptor activated by ATP,which is involved in the regulation of many pathophysiological processes,such as immune response,neurotransmitter release,oxidative stress,cell proliferation and apoptosis,as well as activation of a variety of intracellular signal transduction pathways.It plays a key role of regulation in the occurrence and development of emotional and cognitive disorders.In this study,the research progress of P2X7 receptor involved in emotional and cognitive impairment was reviewed from the aspects of neuroinflammation,apoptosis,neurogenesis,oxidative stress and signal transduction.
