加快涉外法治人才培养 服务国家涉外法治建设

习近平总书记强调,统筹推进国内法治和涉外法治,需要坚持建设德才兼备的高素质法治工作队伍。近年来我国已培养了大批涉外法治人才,取得了一定成绩,但仍存在诸多短板。包括人才数量存在较大缺口,质量不能满足新时代对外开放和涉外法治建设的需要等。要加快涉外法治人才培养,服务国家涉外法治建设,就要强调德法兼修,以德为先;要加强横向合作,创新涉外法治人才培养模式;要优化课程体系,补齐涉外法治人才的知识短板;要整合实践实训资源,强化涉外法治人才的实战能力;要加强国际化训练,坚持引进外国专家和送出优秀学生并举。

General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasizes that the significance of coordinating the promotion of the rule of law for domestic matters and the rule of law for foreign-related matters,which is necessary to persist the policy of building a high-quality legal work team with both integrity and ability.In recent years,China has cultivated a large number of rule-of-law talent who can handle foreign-related matters and achieved certain results,but there are still many shortcomings.It includes the large gap in quantity,and the quality still waiting to meet the needs of the opening-up in the New Era and the construction of the rule of law for foreign-related matters.to speed up the cultivation of rule-of-law talent who can handle foreign-related matters,and to serve the country's construction of the rule of law for foreign-related matters,it is necessary to emphasize both virtue and law specialties and let virtue to be emphasized first,to strengthen horizontal cooperation,to innovate the model of cultivating rule-of-law talent who can handle foreign-related matters,to optimize the curriculum system and complement the knowledge shortcomings of rule-of-law talent who can handle foreign-related matters,to integrate practical cultivation resources,to strengthen the practical capabilities of rule-of-law talent who can handle foreign-related matters,to strengthen international cultivation,insist on introducing international experts to domestic universities and sending out outstanding students simultaneously.
