On the Intrinsic Value,Goal and Content Structure of Ethics Education of Legal Profession in the New Era

法律职业伦理教育是培养德才兼备的法治人才的基础工程,新时代下法律职业伦理教育迎来了发展的“春天”。但是由于其长期处于被忽视的地位,导致目前法律职业伦理教育面临着在“有用性”评价标准下遇冷、职业伦理教育目标模糊不清以及教育内容贫瘠等多重困境。为了使法律职业伦理教育健康快速发展,提升法律职业伦理教育水平。应当重塑法律职业伦理教育的内在价值,明确以培养道德判断能力为关键的教育目标,并且基于内外双层视角搭建法律职业伦理教育的内容架构。

The legal professional ethics education is the fundamental project of cultivating legal workers.In the New Era,the legal professional ethics education has entered into the Spring of development.However,due to the vacancy of the legal professional ethics education for a long time,the current legal professional ethics education is facing with multiple dilemmas such as negligence of legal professional ethics education,ambiguity of professional ethics education goals,and poor course content.In order to promote the healthy and rapid development of legal professional ethics education,and to improve the level of ethics education.The intrinsic value of legal professional ethics education should be reshaped,the key educational goal of cultivating moral judgment ability should be clarified,and the content structure of legal professional ethics course should be built based on the internal and external perspectives.
