新法学背景下法律硕士“法律职业伦理”课程建设

On the Construction of the Course of the“Professional Ethics in Law”for the Masters of Laws in the Background of Promoting the New Science of Law

新时代有新法学。新法学为法学院校培养高素质的复合型法律人才提出了更高的要求。在此背景下,法律硕士“法律职业伦理”课程的开设,需要回应这种时代需求。在课程内容设计上,“法律职业伦理”课程应有总论,不仅是引领学生认识“法律职业伦理”这一事物,而且是引领学生以法律职业伦理为核心认同并归属于法律职业共同体;在课程教学方式设计上,“法律职业伦理”课程应充分应用线上资源、注重多学科混合教学、案例教学,并建立全过程、多维度的课程考核体系,充分调动学生的学习积极性。

The New Era calls upon the“new science of law”.The new science of law puts forward higher requirements for cultivating high-quality compound legal talent in law.In this background,the establishment of the course,“Professional Ethics in Law”,for Master of Laws needs to aim to respond to the needs of this era.In terms of course content design,the“Professional Ethics in Law”course should have a general theory,not only to guide students to understand“Professional Ethics in Law”as a new concept,but also to lead students to identify it as the core and make it as part of the legal profession community.In the design of the teaching methods of the course,the“Professional Ethics in Law”course should make full use of online resources,pay attention to multi-disciplinary mixed teaching activities,case teaching method,and establish a whole-process and multi-dimensional course assessment system to fully mobilize students􀆳enthusiasm in learning.
