论高素质法治人才培养的“三进”路径

On the Path of the“Three-Entering”Education in the Cultivation of High-Quality Rule-of-Law Talent

高校是践行习近平法治思想的重要阵地,推动“三进”工作是高校法学教育高质量发展的重要举措。“思政课程具备法治内涵、法学课程具有思政意义”的互促形态有助于高素质法治人才的培养,中南财经政法大学将法学教育教学质量的提升与“三进”工作的体系性构建紧密结合。在教材建设、教材选用和激励机制方面建章立制,实现教材编写、使用、推广和评价上的联动;构建“通识教育课程、大类平台课程和专业课程相结合;必修和选修相协调”的两翼并进课程建设模式;打造优质教学团队,强化教师的示范作用。“三进”工作作为高校法学教育建设的融合剂,旨在建立起“多元化的教材建设、多层次的课程体系建设、多样化的教学活动”于一体的立体化教育模式,培养德才兼备的高素质法治人才。

Colleges and universities are the important fronts for practicing Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,and promoting the“Three-Entering”Education,which is an important guarantee for the high-quality college legal education.The mutual promotion form of“the ideological and political courses have the connotation of the rule of law,and the law courses have the ideological and political significance”is conducive to the cultivation of high-quality rule-of-law talent’.Zhongnan University of Economics and Law integrates the improvement of the teaching quality of legal education with the“Three-Entering”Education,which constructed a system for textbook compiling,selection of textbooks and related incentive mechanisms to motivate textbook compilation,use,promotion and evaluation.Based on this way,the university also builds an“integration of general education courses,an integration of the general platform courses and professional courses,and a construction mode of the coordination of the compulsory courses and elective courses”.The university has been building a high-quality teaching personnel to enhance the role of teachers as the models of education.The“Three-Entering”Education,as a fusion agent for the construction of university legal education,aims to establish a three-dimensional education model that integrates“diversified textbook construction,multi-level curriculum system construction,and diversified teaching activities”to cultivate the high-quality rule-of-law talent with morality and law.
