摘要 N^(6)-甲基腺苷(N^(6)-methyladenosine,m^(6)A)是一种动态的由甲基转移酶复合体、去甲基化酶以及结合蛋白作用产生的一种在生物体大量组织中存在的RNA表观遗传修饰,在多种生命过程中起到重要的调控作用。脂肪作为影响畜禽肉质评定的关键因素之一,其对于畜牧业的重要性不言而喻。本文概述了m^(6)A甲基化修饰和脂肪生成的基本过程,并总结了m^(6)A甲基化修饰影响脂肪生成的机制,以期为研究动物脂肪调控提供新思路。 N^(6)-methyladenine(N^(6)-methyladenosine, m^(6)A) is a kind of RNA epigenetic modification in a large number of tissues catalyzed by methyltransferase complex, demethylase and binding protein. It plays an important regulatory role in many life processes. As one of the key factors affecting the meat quality evaluation of livestock, the importance of fat for animal husbandry is self-evident. In this paper, we will summarize the basic process of m^(6)A methylation and adipogenesis, and discuss the relationship between them. We will review the mechanism of m^(6)A methylation on adipogenesis, hoping to provide new ideas for the study of animal fat regulation.
