摘要
姜黄素是从姜黄属植物中提取出来的一种橙黄色色素,具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗炎症、抗病原微生物、抗病毒等多种生物功能。在饲料中添加适量的姜黄素能够提高畜禽生产性能,改善产品品质。姜黄素无毒副作用,可以作为一种绿色饲料添加剂应用在畜禽生产中。本文主要综述了姜黄素的提取、生理功能及其在肉鸡生产上的应用效果,以期为姜黄素的进一步研究和开发利用提供参考。
Curcumin is an orange-yellow pigment with a variety of biological functions extracted from plants of the genus Curcuma, including anti-tumor, anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory, anti-pathogenic microorganisms, and anti-virus. Curcumin could improve production performance and product quality when added to feed in an appropriate dose. Therefore, it can be used as a green feed additive in livestock and poultry production, with no toxic side effects. The extraction and physiological function of curcumin and its application in broiler production were reviewed in this paper, to provide reference for the development and utilization of curcumin.
