缬氨酸是猪正常生长和繁殖的一种必需氨基酸,具有重要的营养生理作用,能有效提高仔猪生长性能、免疫功能和母猪泌乳能力。随着“氨基酸平衡理论”的发展和支链氨基酸研究的深入,缬氨酸在猪营养中的作用正得到广泛关注。本文主要综述了缬氨酸对仔猪生长性能、免疫功能和母猪泌乳能力的影响及可能机制和需要量,旨在为缬氨酸在猪营养中的合理应用提供理论支持。

Valine is an amino acid necessary for the normal growth and reproduction of pigs. It plays an important nutritional and physiological role and can effectively improve the growth performance, immune function of piglets and lactation ability of sows. With the development of "amino acid balance theory" and the in-depth research of branched-chain amino acids,the role of valine in pig nutrition is getting widespread attention. This article mainly reviews the effect of valine on growth performance, immune function of piglets and lactation ability of sows, as well as possible mechanisms and requirements, and aims to provide theoretical support for the rational application of valine in pig nutrition.
