非洲猪瘟病毒(ASFV)是养猪业最具传染性和致命性的病毒之一,对全球养猪业构成巨大威胁。加强生物安全是目前防止此病传播的唯一有效措施。饲料及其原料成分最初并不被认为是病毒传播的载体,但最近的研究发现它们也具有携带和传播ASFV的能力。本文综述了ASFV在饲料及原料中存活和传播的相关证据,以及缓解ASFV在饲料中传播的应对措施,旨在为非洲猪瘟(ASF)防控和饲料生物安全提供借鉴和参考。

African swine fever virus(ASFV) is one of the most highly contagious and lethal viruses for the global swine industry. Strengthening biosecurity is currently the only effective measure to prevent the spread of this viral disease. Feed and ingredients were not initially thought to be vectors for viral disease transmission, but recent evidence showed that they also could carry and transmit ASFV. This review summarizes the evidence on the survival and transmission of ASFV in feed and feedstuff, as well as mitigation measures of ASFV transmission in feed, aiming to provide reference and guidance for the prevention and control of ASFV and improve feed biosecurity.
