摘要
随着抗菌药物在临床的广泛使用,其安全性问题也日益凸显,其中以“肾毒性”问题尤为突出,不容忽视。本文归纳了抗菌药物肾毒性的临床表现、毒性机制和危险因素,以期为抗菌药物所致肾毒性的防治提供依据。
With the widespread use of antimicrobial agents in clinical practice,their safety problems have become increasingly prominent.Particularly,the issue of“nephrotoxicity”can’t be ignored.This review summarized the clinical manifestations,toxic mechanism,and risk factors of antimicrobial agents in order to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of antimicrobial agents induced nephrotoxicity.
