地方应用型高校双创教育与专业教育深度融合的路径探索

Exploring Ways to Deeply Integrate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education with Professional Education in Local Application-oriented Colleges and Universities

创新创业教育与专业教育并不是“两张皮”,而应该是相互促进和相互融合的教育。随着国家对双创教育的重视,地方应用型高校陆续将创新创业教育的相关课程纳入到各专业的人才培养方案中,通过对这类高校双创教育的调研发现:高校普遍较重视,双创教育课程开设较早,创新创业活动多,但双创教育课程的师资主要来源于校内现有师资,有创业经验的社会导师较少,学生的双创成果主要体现在各类创新创业比赛和相关的学科竞赛,真正孵化实施的项目还不够,双创教育与专业教育的结合不够深入。因此,要想取得创新创业教育与专业教育融合的良好效果,必须从学校的顶层制度设计入手,探索建立“一核四维”融合圈,即以学生为核心,通过高校、教师、企业和社会四个维度的协同育人方式,借助三类双创教育体系的构建,实现与专业教育的三层次深度融合。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education cannot be separated,but should promote and integrate each other.As the government attaches great importance to innovation and entrepreneurship education,local application-oriented colleges and universities have successively incorporated relevant courses of innovation and entrepreneurship education into the talent training programs of various majors.Through the investigation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in such colleges and universities,this paper finds that the education is emphasized and offered earlier with a lot of innovative entrepreneurial activities,but its teachers are mainly chosen from the existing staff,who have less experience of social mentor.The students’achievements of entrepreneurship and innovation are mainly reflected in various innovation and entrepreneurship competitions and related discipline competitions.There are not enough projects that are truly incubated and implemented,and the combination of entrepreneurship and innovation education and professional education is not deep enough.Therefore,in order to achieve good results of the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education,it is necessary to start with the top-level system design of the school and explore the establishment of“one core and four dimensions”integration circle,that is,with students as the core,through the collaborative education method of the four dimensions of universities,teachers,enterprises and society,the three-level deep integration with professional education is realized with the help of the construction of three types of entrepreneurship and innovation education system.
