我国儿童肺动脉高压护理的文献计量学研究

Nursing care of children with pulmonary arterial hypertension in China:a bibliometric study

目的:分析我国儿童肺动脉高压护理研究的最新进展,为该领域研究提供参考。方法:计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方、CBM、维普收录的儿童肺动脉高压护理相关研究的文献,检索时限为建库至2021年8月10日。选择题名、关键词为检索字段进行高级检索,利用BICOMS-2分析软件对主要信息进行提取和排序,生成共现矩阵。网络图用Ucinet 6.0软件NetDraw绘制,关键词用Gcluto软件聚类。结果:共纳入125篇文章,1990年之前关于儿童肺动脉高压护理的研究文献较少,2009年研究发文量最高,从1990年—2021年共计125篇,10年中发文量较为平稳而后逐渐下降。目前该领域研究人员和机构相对较少,个别单位和作者之间存在一定的合作关系。先天性心脏病、术后护理、护理、肺高压、婴幼儿、小儿、室间隔缺损、呼吸道护理等处于网络图的中心位置,网络线密集,与其他相关关键词联系密切。结论:预防儿童肺动脉高压的发生和相关方面的健康教育涉及较少,在今后的研究领域中应重点关注。此外,应加强各地区之间的联系与互动,增加不同地区和不同研究机构之间的交流与合作,积极带动西北、西南地区的研究合作,使其研究成果得到更好的推广。

Objective:To analyze the latest progress in nursing research on children with pulmonary hypertension in China and to provide reference for research in this field.Methods:Papers related to the nursing of children with pulmonary arterial hypertension were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang,China Biology Medicine disc(CBM),and VIP database from the database establishment to August 10,2021.The titles and keywords were selected as search fields for advanced search,and BICOMS-2 analysis software was used to extract and sort the main information to generate a co-occurrence matrix.The network diagram was drawn by NetDraw,Ucinet 6.0 software,and the keywords were clustered by Gcluto software.Results:A total of 125 papers were included.Before 1990,there were few research papers on nursing of children with pulmonary arterial hypertension.In 2009,the number of research papers was the highest.From 1990 to 2021,a total of 125 papers were published,and the published number was stable and decreased.There were relatively few researchers and institutions in this field,and there was a cooperative relationship between individual units and authors.Congenital heart disease,postoperative care,nursing,pulmonary hypertension,infants,children,ventricular septal defect,respiratory care,etc.,are in the center of the network map,with dense network lines and close links with other related keywords.Conclusions:The prevention of pulmonary arterial hypertension in children and related aspects of health education are less involved,which should be focused on in future researches.In addition,it is necessary to strengthen the connection and interaction between various regions,increase exchanges and cooperation between different regions and research institutions,and actively promote research cooperation in the northwest and southwest regions,so that their research results can be better promoted.
