摘要 目的:探讨概念图教学模式在低年资护士入职整合分组式培训中的应用。方法:选择2019年3月—2020年6月低年资护士86人为研究对象,利用随机数字表法分为传统组和研究组各43人。传统组给予常规教学方式,研究组给予概念图教学模式,观察比较两组护士综合能力、理论技能考核成绩及核心胜任力的变化。结果:研究组护士综合能力评分显著优于传统组(P<0.05),研究组护士考核成绩明显高于传统组(P<0.05),研究组护士培训后岗位胜任力各方面评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:概念图教学模式的应用对提高低年资护士综合能力,加强理论知识掌握度和操作技能,提升岗位胜任力等方面均具有重要作用。 Objective:To explore the application of concept map teaching mode in the entry integration group training of junior nurses.Methods:From March 2019 to June 2020,a total of 86 junior nurses in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the traditional group and research group by random number table method,43 cases in each group.The nurses in traditional group received the conventional teaching method,and the nurses in research group received the concept map teaching mode.The changes in the comprehensive ability,theoretical skills assessment scores,and core competencies of nurses were observed and compared in the two groups.Results:The comprehensive ability score of the research group was significantly better than that in the traditional group(P<0.05);the assessment scores of the research group were significantly higher than those in the traditional group(P<0.05);and the scores of post-training core competencies in the research group were significantly higher than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Applying the concept map teaching mode could improve the junior nurses′comprehensive ability,strengthen the mastery of theoretical knowledge and operational skills,and improve their job competency.
