通信设备抗震安装是通信建设工程的重要内容,自20世纪80年代开始受到通信行业重视,逐步形成行业和国家层面的规范,并在行业内推广。但实际上,在实施层面对规范的理解还不到位,通信设备抗震安装的实施效果还存在种种问题,加之历史原因,尚存在错误认识。本文试就规范中有关抗震设防烈度和抗震目标等最基本的抗震概念进行解读,以求澄清对规范的错误理解,诠释正确的规范要求。

Anti-seismic installation of communication equipment is an important part of communication construction engineering.Since the 1980 s,the communication industry has paid attention,gradually forming the industry and national level norms,and promoted in the industry.But in fact,in the implementation level of the understanding of the specification is not in place,there are still various problems in the implementation effect of the anti-seismic installation of communication equipment,coupled with historical reasons,there is still a wrong understanding.This paper tries to interpret the most basic anti-seismic concepts of anti-seismic fortification intensity and anti-seismic target in the specifi cation,in order to clarify the wrong understanding of the specifi cation and interpret the correct specifi cation requirements.
