静电纺丝实验技术平台的自主搭建与研究

摘要 静电纺丝实验是材料专业本科学生的一门创新型实验课。但因静电纺丝机价格昂贵等问题,目前没有展开大规模本科实验教学。利用实验室常见器材,自主搭建了静电纺丝技术实验平台,并以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、乙酸锌和乙醇为体系进行静电纺丝,实现了很好的纺丝效果。研究了搅拌时间、溶液浓度、电解质浓度、纺丝电压、纺丝间距、烧结温度等工艺参数对纤维直径和形貌的影响。该实验包含的知识点基础,平台搭建操作简单,适合材料本科生学习。将自主搭建实验平台融入本科实验教学不仅能够让学生在模块化的教学中掌握相关知识,同时也能够提高学生的综合实践能力,为高校实验教学改革提供了新思路。 Electrospinning experiment is an innovative experiment for students majoring in materials.However,due to the high price of electrospinning machines,up to now,there was no large-scale undergraduate experimental on electrospinning in the universities.An experimental platform for electrospinning technology was independently built using common laboratory equipment,and the electrospinning process was carried out well using polyvinylpyrrolidone,zinc acetate and ethanol as system.The influence of process parameters such as stirring time,solution concentration,electrolyte concentration,spinning voltage,spinning distance,sintering temperature on fiber diameter and morphology was studied.The experiment contains the basic knowledge points,the platform is simple to build and operate,and it is suitable for undergraduate students of materials.Integrating the self-built experimental platform into the undergraduate experimental teaching not only allows students to master relevant knowledge in modular teaching,but also improves students’comprehensive practical ability,providing new ideas for the reform of experimental teaching in colleges and universities.
