摘要
相较于传统教育理念,成果导向教育理念更加注重教育的结果,强调从社会和企业需求出发进行课程体系的建设与改革,培养学生的工程实践能力。基于此,在材料测试分析方法实验教学中,以学生学习产出为导向逆向设计实验课程教学体系,在实践教学环节中实行项目式教学、团队式管理、过程化评价,建立科学的反馈和持续改进机制,提升了学生创新实践能力,为创新型卓越工程人才的培养做了有效的改革探索。
Compared with the traditional educational concept,the outcome-based education pays more attention to the results of education,emphasizes the construction and reform of the curriculum system based on the needs of the society and enterprises,and develops students engineering practical ability.Based on this,the reform and practice on the experiment teaching of materials testing and analysis methods are carried out.The teaching system of experiment course is reversely designed by taking students’learning output as the guidance.In practical teaching,project-based teaching and process evaluation are implemented,and scientific feedback and continuous improvement mechanism are realized so as to improve students’innovative and practical ability,which is an effective reform and exploration for the cultivation of innovative and outstanding engineering talents.
