应用型本科高校计算机实验室建设与管理研究

Research on the construction and management of computer laboratory in application-oriented university

针对应用型本科高校计算机实验室建设发展状况,以常熟理工学院为例,分析了计算机实验室的重要性及现状,提出今后主要建设方向为综合型实验室、实验资源整合、虚拟化技术云桌面实验室、创业孵化基地和行业学院模式新型实验室。在实验室管理方面提出要建立健全高校内部工作协调、考核机制,管理采用多人参与、多样化管理和分类考核模式、优化实验队伍结构,提高信息化水平加强实验教学过程化管理,强调实验室人员要与时俱进,大胆创新,提高管理技术水平并积极参与实验创新,对高校计算机实验室建设和管理有很好的借鉴作用。

Aims at the construction and development of computer laboratories in application-oriented universities,take Changshu Institute of Technology for example,analysis of the importance of computer lab and the present situation of construction,it s proposed that the main construction direction in the future is comprehensive laboratory,the experimental resources integration,virtualization technology cloud desktop lab,business incubation base and industry college model new laboratory.In terms of laboratory management,it is proposed to establish and improve the internal work coordination and assessment mechanism of universities,the management adopts multi-person participation,diversified management and classified assessment mode,optimize the structure of the experimental team,to improve the level of information and strengthen the process management of experimental teaching,it is emphasized that laboratory managers should keep pace with the times,bold innovation,improve the management technology and actively participate in experimental innovation,for construction and management of college computer laboratory has good reference function.
