从业财一体化管理的视域对民族地方高校贵重仪器管理进行分析,按照贵重仪器“全生命周期”演化的规律,梳理了贵重仪器的申购、验收、使用、报废全业务流程,提出业财一体化管理视域下民族地方高校贵重仪器管理共享与融合的路径,通过“实况管控、实时沟通、实效规范”的策略保障和优化民族地方高校贵重仪器的流程管理。
