基于灰色关联分析的高校实验室安全探究

Research on safety of university laboratory based on grey relational analysis

近年来,高校实验室安全问题举足轻重,但是安全形势仍然较为严峻,亟待开展相关研究。从提取2015~2020年全国高校实验室安全事故数据入手,界定了五大影响因素:上层建设、安全教育、实验场所、基础安全和专业安全(包括5个维度14个指标),建立高校实验室安全影响因素指标体系,构建灰色关联分析模型,分析实验室安全影响因素强弱的关系,结果显示近六年影响因素从高到低依次为上层建设>安全教育>专业安全>基础安全>实验场所。基于研究结论,从完善实验室安全管理制度,履行实验室安全检查机制;加强实验室安全教育、落实实验室安全准入考核;对危化品实行风险评估,严格遵循专业实验流程等方面提出管理建议。

In recent years,the safety problem of university laboratory plays an important role,but the safety situation is still severe,so it is urgent to carry out relevant research.Starting with the data of national university laboratory safety accidents from 2015 to 2020,this paper defines five influencing factors:superstructure,safety education,experimental site,basic safety and professional safety(including 5 dimensions and 14 indicators),establishes the index system of university laboratory safety influencing factors,constructs the grey correlation analysis model,and analyzes the strength of the relationship between laboratory safety influencing factors,the results show that in the past six years,the influencing factors from high to low are superstructure>safety education>professional safety>basic safety>experimental site.Based on the research conclusion,from perfecting the laboratory safety management system and performing the laboratory safety inspection mechanism;strengthen laboratory safety education and implement laboratory safety access assessment;risk assessment shall be carried out for hazardous chemicals,and management suggestions shall be put forward in strict accordance with professional experimental procedures.
