摘要 以硅烷改性聚氨酯预聚体为甲组分,沥青、乳化沥青、橡胶改性剂、丁苯胶乳改性剂、填料和软化油等为乙组分,制备了一种双组分常温非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料,研究了各组分对涂料性能的影响。结果表明,选用SBR对70#沥青进行改性,复合使用乳化沥青和丁苯胶乳,甲乙组分质量配比1∶5时制得的常温非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料综合性能最优,适用于涂卷复合防水体系。 A two-component room temperature non-solidified rubber asphalt waterproofing coating is prepared with silane modified polyurethane prepolymer as component A,asphalt,emulsified asphalt,rubber modifier,styrene butadiene latex modifier,filler and softening oil as component B.The influence of each component on the coating performance is studied,and the results show that the waterproofing coating prepared by having 70#asphalt modified by SBR,compounding with emulsified asphalt and styrene butadiene latex,and with the mass ratio of components A to B at 1∶5,has the best comprehensive performance,and is suitable for the composite waterproofing system of membrane and coating.
