摘要
采用超声波对分散染料滤饼与分散剂混合染料进行细化分散处理。超声波处理可以实现分散染料滤饼的小粒径、窄分布的细化分散。低超声波频率的细化分散效果优于高超声波频率,延长处理时间有助于分散染料的细化分散,同时,分散染料结构以及分散剂类型对于分散染料的细化分散性能有显著的影响。在超声波频率20kHz、超声波功率80%、超声波处理时间10min的条件下,可以获得较好的细化分散效果。经超声波处理后的分散染料滤饼染色性能接近商品级分散染料。
The mixture of disperse dye filter cake and dispersant is refined and dispersed by ultrasonic treatment.Ultrasonic treatment can realize the fine dispersion effect of small particle size and narrow distribution.The refining and dispersing effect of low ultrasonic frequency is better than that of high ultrasonic frequency,and the prolongation of treatment time is helpful for the refining and dispersion of disperse dyes.The structure of disperse dyes and the type of dispersant have significant influence on the dispersion performance of disperse dyes.Under the condition of 20 k Hz ultrasonic frequency,80%ultrasonic power and 10 min ultrasonic treatment time,good dispersion effect can be obtained.The disperse dye filter cake has similar dyeing properties to commercial disperse dyes after ultrasonic treatment.
