摘要
针对聚硅氧烷与水性聚氨酯物理共混存在的弊端,水性聚氨酯的改性主要为化学共聚改性,包括硅醇羟基硅油、氨烷基硅油、羟烷基硅油、端羟基聚醚硅油。介绍了四种改性技术的主要机理,以及改性后水性聚氨酯的综合性能,并同时指出了改性过程中存在的问题,以及以后的发展方向。
This paper summarizes the disadvantages of physical blending of polysiloxane and waterborne polyurethane.The modification of waterborne polyurethane is mainly chemical copolymerization modification,including silanol hydroxyl silicone oil,ammonia alkyl silicone oil,hydroxyl alkyl silicone oil,hydroxyl polyether silicone oil.The main mechanism of the four modification technologies and the comprehensive properties of the modified waterborne polyurethane are introduced.The problems in the modification process are pointed out,and the development prospect is prospected.
