摘要
新建城区的土地利用变化与区域发展存在密切联系。基于西咸新区成立前后的三期土地利用和经济发展数据,选取土地利用相对变化率、净变化速度和土地利用程度综合指数等指标,分析西咸新区成立前后的土地利用时空变化特征,同时,讨论了区域土地利用变化的潜在驱动因素及其与社会经济发展水平的关系,结果表明:耕地和建设用地是西咸新区最主要的土地利用类型;2010—2018年区域耕地、林地和水域面积连续减少,建设用地面积持续增加,耕地转为建设用地最为明显,土地利用变化与新区建成发展过程基本吻合;新区土地利用程度综合指数普遍较高且随时间逐渐增大,地理位置和政策导向是土地利用程度空间差异的主要原因;2010—2018年新区土地利用效益显著增加,增长幅度高于114%,土地利用程度与区域经济发展水平正相关,国家政策引导则为土地利用变化的主导因素。
Land use change is closely related to regional development in new-built urban areas.In this paper,based on the land-use data before and after the establishment of Xixian New Area and the economic development data,the characteristics of temporal and spatial change in Xixian New Area are analyzed with the help of indexes such as relative change rate,net change rate and composite index of land use degree.In addition,the driving factors of land-use change and their relationship with the social economic development level are discussed.The results indicate that cultivated land and construction land are the main land-use types in Xixian New Area.From 2010 to 2018,the area of cultivated land and forest land in the region continuously decreased over time,but the construction land area increased dramatically(Increased by 36.5%from 2010 to 2018)and the land-use change corresponds to the construction and development process of the New Area.Geographical location and policy guidance are the main reasons for the spatial difference of land use degree.The land use benefits in the New Area increased significantly(above 114%)from 2010 to 2018,and the land use degree is positively correlated with the level of regional social and economic development.The main driving factor of land-use change is national policy.
