摘要 为了监测酉阳县山羊和人的布鲁氏菌感染情况,指导疫病防控,本试验在2015—2021年采集易感羊群和风险人群的血清样本,用虎红平板凝集试验方法进行初筛,并用竞争酶联免疫吸附法(cELISA)验证初筛阳性样本;分析确诊阳性病例数据,明确布鲁氏菌病地区分布特点;根据防控需求,开展阳性羊群布鲁氏菌病的持续净化。结果显示,酉阳县自2015年发现首例山羊布病阳性病例后,在多个乡镇均相继出现布病阳性病例,且出现人感染病例;2015—2021年共有853份山羊血清样本和22份人血清样本确诊为阳性,其中2020年山羊和人布鲁氏菌病个体阳性率均最高,分别为7.9%和2.5%;对羊群布鲁氏菌病分布区域的监测与分析结果显示,板溪镇累积阳性检出量最高;通过对该病的持续净化,群体阳性率整体呈下降趋势,由40.0%(2015年)降至3.8%(2021年)。结果表明,酉阳县布鲁氏菌病防控形势依然严峻,尽管净化取得一定效果,但仍需加强对羊群的常态化监测、净化扑杀和疫病根除。 In order to monitor the infection of Brucella in goat and human in Youyang County, and guide epidemic prevention and control of brucellosis, this study collected serum samples from susceptible goats and risk groups in Youyang County from 2015 to 2021;utilized the rose bengal plate agglutination test for initial screening, and competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(cELISA) to verify the positive samples in the initial screening;analyzed the data of confirmed positive cases and regional distribution characteristics of brucellosis;and carried out continuous purification of brucellosis in positive goat according to the needs of prevention and control. The results showed that since the first positive case of goat brucellosis was found in Youyang County in 2015, there had been positive cases of brucellosis in many towns and villages, as well as cases of human infection. From 2015 to 2021, a total of 853 goat serum samples and 22 human serum samples were confirmed to be positive. Among them, the positive detection rates of goat and human brucellosis were the highest in 2020, 7.9% and 2.5%, respectively. The regional analysis of brucellosis distribution showed that Banxi Town had the highest cumulative positive detection rate;through continuous purification of brucellosis, the overall detection rate of brucellosis-positive groups displayed a downward trend, from 40.0%(2015) to 3.8%(2021). Thus, the situation of brucellosis prevention and control in Youyang County was still severe. Although the purification had achieved certain results, it was still necessary to strengthen the normal monitoring, purification and culling, and eradication of epidemic disease in goats.
