犊牛腹泻病原学检测及体外药物敏感性试验 被引量:2

摘要 为了解导致内蒙古呼和浩特地区犊牛腹泻的主要病原,本试验在呼和浩特周边牧场采集50份腹泻犊牛粪样,并对样本进行牛病毒性腹泻病毒(BVDV)、牛轮状病毒(BRV)、牛冠状病毒(BCoV)、牛细小病毒(BPV)和大肠杆菌(E.coli)检测,对大肠杆菌分离株进行体外药物敏感性试验。结果显示:50份粪样中BVDV、BRV阳性检出率分别是34%、44%,而BCoV、BPV均为阴性;体外药物敏感性试验结果显示,39株大肠杆菌分离株对四环素、多西环素、庆大霉素、链霉素的耐药率均高于90%。结果表明,内蒙古呼和浩特地区犊牛腹泻存在着严重的混合型感染,且所分离的大肠杆菌耐药情况较为严重。 To determine the causes of calf diarrhea in Hohhot area, Inner Mongolia, this study collected 50 calf fecal samples from pastures around Hohhot, and tested for bovine viral diarrhea virus(BVDV), bovine rotavirus(BRV), bovine coronavirus(BCoV), bovine parvovirus(BPV) and Escherichia coli(E. coli)as well as in vitro drug sensitivity in E. coli isolates. The results showed that BVDV and BRV were detected in 34% and 44% of 50 fecal samples, respectively, while BCoV and BPV were both negative. In vitro drug sensitivity testing of 39 E. coli isolates indicated that >90% of isolates were resistant to tetracycline, doxycycline, gentamicin and streptomycin. Thus, calf diarrhea in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia appears to be caused by mixed infections, and the E. coli isolates from diarrhea calves are resistant to multiple drugs.
