摘要
以火焰喷吹法制备的玻璃纤维棉为目标,研究了不同天然气流量、纤维长径比和不同通道形状对纤维取向分布的影响。采用PFC3D程序建立了导棉通道的数值模型并对通道内纤维进行模拟计算,计算了不同天然气流量、纤维长径比和不同通道形状对纤维取向分布的影响,并对结果进行分析。研究结果表明:气流量过大过小对纤维取向分布都有不利影响;长径比对取向较小,而矩形导棉筒下拥有最佳的取向分布。
The effects of different natural gas flow rate,fiber length-diameter ratio and different fiber guide channel shapes on fiber orientation distribution in glass wool prepared by flame attenuation process were studied.PFC3D program was used to establish a numerical model of fiber guide channel and simulate the fibers in the channel.The influences of different natural gas flow,fiber length-diameter ratio and different channel shapes on fiber orientation distribution were calculated,and the results were analyzed.The research results showed that too large and too small gas blast had negative effect on the fiber orientation distribution,the length-diameter ratio was less influential for the orientation,and the rectangular fiber guide enabled the best orientation distribution.
