新课改下小学班主任的教学研究对策——以“变”与“破变”为例

摘要 过去二十年,我国新课改经历了深化、再深化的过程,在新课改实行二十年后的今天,小学班主任担负着重大使命,本文围绕小学班主任的“变”,研究了小学班主任的“破变”策略:提高学科素养,做学习型课程开发者;突破传统观念,做科学化管理班主任;打破时间屏障,做工作高效的班主任;连接沟通桥梁,使家校合作发挥作用。以期对焦“新课改”目标,精研新版课程标准,为相关教师提供参考助益。
