面向超薄不锈钢双极板胶粘的等离子表面处理工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了提高氢燃料电池中超薄不锈钢极板的胶粘强度,通过3参数3水平的正交实验研究了等离子表面处理的工艺参数对超薄不锈钢极板的表面温度和胶粘强度的影响规律。结果表明:影响超薄不锈钢极板胶粘强度的工艺参数排序是喷嘴与极板之间的间距、喷嘴的扫描行间距、喷嘴的移动速度;影响其表面温度的主要工艺参数是喷嘴与极板之间的间距。获得了等离子表面处理的最佳工艺参数是喷嘴和极板的间距20 mm、喷嘴移动速度25 mm/s、扫描行间距4 mm,此时胶粘强度相比原始达到最大提升量达到1倍,而表面温度最低为102℃。 In order to improve the adhesive strength of ultra-thin stainless steel plates in hydrogen fuel cells,this paper,by using orthogonal experiments with 3 parameters and 3 levels,studied the influence rule of the process parameters of plasma surface treatment on the surface temperature and adhesive strength of ultra-thin stainless steel plates.The results show that the process parameters that affect the adhesive strength of ultra-thin stainless steel plates are sorted as the distance between the nozzle and the plate,the distance between the scanning lines of the nozzle,and the moving speed of the nozzle;the main process parameters affecting the surface temperature are the distance between the nozzle and the plate.The optimal process parameters for plasma surface treatment are obtained as follows:the distance between the nozzle and the plate is 20 mm,the nozzle moving speed is 25 mm/s,and the scanning line distance is 4 mm.At this time,the adhesive strength is doubled compared to the original group,while the minimum surface temperature is 102℃.
