一种高精智能柔性的焊装顶盖自动生产线

摘要 针对目前焊装车间顶盖人工生产线生产效率低、人力成本高、品质不稳定、故障率高等问题,通过新的设计思路优化自动化线体布局,提升空间的有效利用率;通过导入先进定位控制技术和视觉系统,提升了自动化线体的生产柔性化和品质稳定性;通过对关键设备的核心参数采集分析,实现了基础级的“智慧保全”,能够远程地监控自动化线体的设备状态、性能参数等指标,降低了生产线体的故障率。通过介绍该顶盖自动生产线新的设计思路及应用的重点技术,为焊接车间类似的自动化生产线前期设计提供参考。 For the problems of low production efficiency,high labor cost,unstable quality,and high equipment breakdown rate of the current manual production line for roof of the welding shop,the layout of the automatic production line was optimized through new design ideas to improve the effective utilization of space.The production flexibility and the quality stability were improved through introducing the advanced positioning control technology and vision system.Through the collection and analysis of the core parameters of key equipment,the basic level of“intelligent equipment maintenance”was realized,and the equipment status,performance parameters and other indicators of the automation line can be remotely monitored,which reduces the breakdown rate of the production line.This paper provides a reference for the preliminary design of similar automatic production lines in welding shop by introducing the new design ideas and key technologies of the automatic production line for the roof.
