摘要
为实现汽车焊装生产线电气图纸的高质高效智能化设计,研究了一种基于EPLAN设计平台实施数字化设计的方法,通过自主建立宏模型数据、宏变量配置规则、参数批处理二次开发,实现电气图纸自动生成。自动生成图纸技术有效解决了传统设计方式下的设计信息遗漏、数据处理错误等质量问题,大幅提高了设计效率和标准化率,并能够明显改善项目设计阶段的QCD水平。
In order to realize the high-quality,efficient and intelligent design of the electrical drawings of the automobile welding production line,this paper studied a method of implementing digital design based on the EPLAN design platform.Electrical drawings are automatically generated by establishing macro model data independently,macro variable configuration rules,parameters batch processing redevelopment.The automatic drawing generation technology effectively solves the quality problems such as omission of design information and data processing errors under the traditional design method,greatly improves the design efficiency and standardization rate,and can significantly improve the QCD level in the project design stage.
