摘要 随着能源的紧张,节能技术被广泛研究和应用。对传统液压回路的不足之处进行了分析,并介绍了液压变频技术的特点,指出了变频液压动力系统是一种从动力源头考虑功率匹配的全局型节能动力系统,分析计算了变频液压技术的节能效果。结果表明,采用此新型节能方案可简化液压系统、大幅降低液压系统的整机功率、提高系统的性能,最后,综述了国内外变频液压技术的应用领域及研究现状,并展望其应用前景。 With the growing lacking of energy,energy-saving technologies have been studied and applied widely.This paper analyzed disadvantages of traditional hydraulic control system,then introduced the characteristics of frequency modulated hydraulic technology,and pointed out that the frequency modulated hydraulic system was a global energy-saving system which can consider power match from the power source,the paper also analyzed and calculated the energy-saving effects of this technology.The results show that using this new energy-saving scheme can simplify the hydraulic system,significantly reduce power of the hydraulic system and enhance system performance.In the end of the paper,the application field and the research situation of frequency modulated hydraulic technology in China and foreign countries were summarized,and its application was prospected.
