摘要
为解决涂装车间滑橇清洗产生噪音、水雾等问题,采用机器人与高压清洗机集成的方案,通过与输送系统的连锁控制,实现滑橇的自动清洗。重点介绍了集成系统的组成部分、信号连锁方式、设备的关键技术参数和清洗工艺。方案在青岛某卡车厂实施成功并稳定运行。
In order to solve the problems such as noise and water mist in the cleaning of the skid in the painting workshop,this paper introduced the scheme of integrating robot and high-pressure cleaning machine to realize the automatic cleaning of the skid through the interlocking control with the conveying system.The paper focused on the components of the integrated system,the signal interlocking mode,the key technical parameters of the equipment and the cleaning process.The scheme was successfully implemented and stably operated in a truck factory in Qingdao.
