某船用双箔树脂浇注干式变压器烧蚀故障分析

摘要 准确定位故障原因、研判故障性质是保障大功率箔绕式树脂浇注干式变压器在船上安全运行的重要举措。以某船用双箔树脂浇注干式变压器为例,对其烧蚀故障进行分析。介绍该船用箔绕式变压器相关设备的运行情况和烧蚀故障概况。通过对设备进行拆解检查,并从设计、使用和工艺等角度进行理论推导和分析,排除设计、工艺和使用等方面的因素,准确定位故障原因,据此提出防范措施建议,为类似故障的排查和防范提供参考。 This paper outlines the operation environment and the failure of the transformer on board a ship.The process of troubleshooting is described.Deep analysis is conducted after disassembling and inspection of the fault transformer.Theoretical calculation excludes the deficiency in design,manufacturing or usage of the transformer.The identification of actual cause is introduced and the preventive measures for manufacturing and testing of such kind of transformers are suggested.
