典型织造工业遗留地块土壤污染状况调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Soil Pollution Status of a Typical Weaving Industry Leftover Plots

为准确了解织造工业企业搬迁遗留地块的环境质量,为其后续开发利用和管理提供依据,以杭州市某织造厂遗留地块为例,对其土壤污染状况开展调查分析。通过现场踏勘、人员访谈和资料收集等方式识别疑似污染点和污染途径;根据相关导则和标准,采用网格布点法+分区布点法+专业判断法进行布点采样和分析检测,在地块内设置29个土壤监测点位和14个地下水监测点位,并在地块外设置1个对照点位(包括土壤和地下水)。监测结果显示,从土壤和地下水样品中检出的各因子均满足防护绿地及交通设施用地的环境质量要求,该调查方法可供同类型地块的土壤污染状况调查参考。

With the redevelopment and utilization of the land plots left by the relocation of industrial enterprises,the investigation of soil pollution has been increasingly attracting public interest.The plot of a weaving factory in Hangzhou is taken as an example to show the general arrangements and concrete process of such investigation.The grid distribution method+zonal distribution method+professional judgment method is used to decide test points,in this case,29 points for soil and 14 points for underground water,are set up.Meantime,a control point(soil,groundwater)is set outside the plot as the reference of soil/water measurements.The monitoring results show that the detection factors of soil and groundwater samples meet the relevant requirements,and the plot can be developed and utilized as protective green space and land for roads and transportation facilities.
