摘要
白鹤滩水电站大坝深孔钢衬采用全孔道钢板衬护,单孔设计最大泄洪量1730 m3/s,是后期利用较多的泄洪设施,钢衬的施工质量不仅影响到白鹤滩深孔创精品,甚至影响到大坝的长久运行。基于白鹤滩水电站大坝深孔钢衬环缝焊接外观及实体质量情况,对造成钢衬环缝凹陷的原因进行分析与研究,同时结合现有施工经验制定出环缝凹陷预防和控制措施。
The deep outlet of the dam of Baihetan Hydropower Station is lined by full-channel steel plate.The designed maximum flood discharge capacity of a single outlet is 1730 m3/s.It is a flood discharge facility used in a relatively high frequency in the later period.The construction quality of the steel lining not only affects the certification of deep outlets as Baihetan Excellent Products,and even affects the long-term operation of the dam.Based on the welding appearance and physical quality of the deep outlets steel lining circumferential seam in the dam of Baihetan Hydropower Station,the causes of the steel lining circumferential seam depression are analyzed and studied,and the prevention and control measures for the circumferential seam depression are formulated based on the existing construction experience.
