摘要
设计了一台50 We的自由活塞斯特林发电机,并解耦为发动机和直线电机两部分分别开展分析。分析了发动机部分的工作特性,在2.5 MPa的氦气工作压力和900 K的加热温度下能以31.3%的热功转换效率输出68.2 W的声功;分析了直线电机的工作特性,输出电流为3.8 A时可输出57.8 We电功率,电机效率为80.5%;基于声阻抗匹配理论,分析了发动机和直线电机的声阻抗特性,实现了二者在功率、运行频率和声阻抗方面的匹配。发电机在900 K热端温度和2.5 MPa氦气工作压力下发电功率为54.6 We,热电效率为25.2%。
A 50 We free-piston Stirling generator was designed and decoupled into two parts:engine and linear alternator.The working characteristics of the engine were analyzed.Under the helium working pressure of 2.5 MPa and the heating temperature of 900 K,the engine could output 68.2 W of acoustic power with a thermal efficiency of 31.3%.The working characteristics of the linear alternator were analyzed.When the output current is 3.8 A,57.8 We electric power could be output,and the alternator efficiency was 80.5%.Based on the acoustic impedance matching theory,the acoustic impedance characteristics of the engine and the linear alternator were analyzed,and the matching in power,operating frequency,and acoustic impedance was realized.At the heating temperature of 900 K and the helium working pressure of 2.5 MPa,the generating power is 54.6 We,and the thermoelectric efficiency is 25.2%.
