过热器氧化膜修复技术的研究与应用

摘要 随着国内高参数大容量机组的不断投入运行,电厂对机组热力系统水汽品质及在线监测技术提出了更高要求,常规的监控技术已经不能满足高参数大容量现代机组热力系统腐蚀在线监测的技术要求,探索和研制新的过热器氧化膜修复技术已势在必行。利用在线溶解氢表的监测技术能满足了这种要求,在机组停炉保养和过热器氧化膜修复技术上多了一种评价方法,有着极其广阔的应用前景。 With the continuous operation of domestic high parameter and large capacity units, the power plant puts forward higher requirements for the steam quality and on-line monitoring technology of the thermal system of the unit. The conventional monitoring technology can not meet the technical requirements of on-line corrosion monitoring of the thermal system of modern units with high parameter and large capacity. It is imperative to explore and develop a new oxide film repair technology of superheater. The monitoring technology of on-line dissolved hydrogen meter can meet this requirement.There is an additional evaluation method in unit shutdown maintenance and Superheater oxide film repair technology, which has an extremely broad application prospect.
