当前,现代油田基建施工管理工作的开展,不同部门沟通协调对基础设施的建设关键意义显著,在施工及运营中发挥着关键性效用。由于各个部门之间协调与管理力度不足,严重影响基建施工进度,对后续运维工作产生负面影响。当前,油田基建施工中,缺少专业化人员,极易发生复工及拖延问题,导致成本增加,安全隐患存在,这就需要强化基建施工过程中的管理与协调,本文就此展开论述分析。

Due to insufficient coordination and management among various departments, the progress of infrastructure construction is seriously affected, which has a negative impact on the follow-up operation and maintenance work.
