摘要
不透性石墨设备以其优良的耐腐蚀、耐温和传热性能广泛用于石化、化工、制药、农药、染料、冶金、建材等行业强腐蚀性、毒性介质的换热,是一类不可缺少的、其它材料不可替代的、用途特殊的换热设备。鉴于不透性石墨设备所处工况的特殊性,为了延长不透性石墨设备中封头的使用周期,降低封头损坏风险,本文针对不透性石墨材料制造的封头进行分析,阐述了降低该类部件耗损风险的重要意义,分析引起部件破坏的主要原因,并且从不透性石墨设备封头部件设计、安装、操作三个环节进行科学策略探讨。

Impervious graphite equipment is widely used in many industries, such as Petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical,pesticide, dye, metallurgy, building materials and other industries. Graphite equipment is a kind of necessary, irreplaceable and special heat exchange equipment in these industries. To prolong the service life of the head in the impervious graphite equipment and reduce the risk of damage to the head, this paper analyzed the head made of the impermeable graphite material, and expounded the significance of reducing the risk of wear and tear of such components. The main causes of component damage are analyzed from design, installation, and operation of impermeable graphite equipment head.
