摘要
埋地管道外防腐层检测是管道外腐蚀检测中最基础的一项,具有检测周期短、检测距离长、人工劳动强度大等特点。通过技术创新,在作业中总结了增强检测信号、增长检测距离、复杂地形检测模式等技术方法。该方法应用在项目施工中,提高了检测质量和工效,降低了施工强度和生产成本,适合在复杂管道检测工程中推广应用。
The detection of external coating of buried pipeline is the most basic one in the detection of external corrosion of pipeline, which has the characteristics of short detection period, long detection distance and great manual labor intensity. Through technical innovation, the paper summarizes the methods of enhancing detection signal, increasing detection distance, complex terrain detection mode and so on. This method can improve the quality and efficiency of detection, reduce the construction intensity and production cost, and is suitable to be used in complex pipeline detection engineering.
