摘要
为实现船舶舱室内正压环境与负压环境的建立和切换,以船舶舱室防疫机制的建立为背景,对船舶舱室正负压控制技术进行研究。以原有的船舶舱室为基础,设计并建造正负压控制舱室,设计正负压控制原理并进行正负压控制试验,对比分析当固定送风风量并按梯度规律变化排风风量时,舱室与外界及舱室各功能区的压差的变化。结果表明,通过该正负压控制技术能实现船舶舱室内正压环境与负压环境的建立和切换,证明船舶舱室内同时具备正压防护与负压隔离功能是可行的。
In order to establish and to switch the positive/negative pressure environment in ship cabin,the positive/negative pressure control technology is studied under the background of establishing the ship cabin epidemic prevention mechanism.The positive/negative pressure control cabin is designed and constructed based on the existing cabins onboard.The principle of positive/negative pressure control is designed,and the positive/negative pressure control experiments are carried out.The pressure difference between the cabin and outside and between the cabin and the functional area are compared and analyzed under the situation that the air supply volume is fixed and the air exhaust volume is changed according to gradient law.It is concluded that the establishment and the switching between positive pressure environment and negative pressure environment can be realized by the positive/negative pressure control cabin,which also proves that the ship cabin has the functions of positive pressure protection and negative pressure isolation.
