材料性能对分布式浮力模块整体性能的影响

摘要 为探究材料性能对分布式浮力模块整体性能的影响,基于材料设计环节的浮力材料性能设计工作,制备具有不同空心玻璃微珠体积分数的固体复合浮力材料,测试成品的密度性能和耐压强度性能,并结合相应理论值分析其性能的变化趋势。根据复合材料的微观特征和分布式浮力模块的结构形式,建立相关数值模型,研究对应的破坏形式。结果表明,改变空心玻璃微珠体积分数对分布式浮力模块的密度性能和耐压强度性能均会产生影响。此外,针对材料设计工作提出指导性建议。 To deal with the influence trend of the overall performance on the distributed buoyancy module,the preparation of solid composite buoyancy materials with different volume fractions of hollow glass microsphere is completed through the performance design of buoyancy materials in the material design stage.The density performance and compressive strength of the finished product are tested and the performance change is analyzed according to the corresponding theoretical value.Relevant numerical models are established,and corresponding failure modes are studied based on the microscopic characteristics of composite materials and the structure of distributed buoyancy modules.The results show that changing the volume fraction of hollow glass microspheres will affect the density performance and compressive strength performance of the distributed buoyancy module and some guidance are given for the material design.
