地方本科院校学报作者群现阶段主要以硕博研究生为主,本校教师作者优秀论文流失严重,缺乏优秀专家的关注。对此,编辑部应积极遴选有学术潜力的优秀研究生作者,注重对青年博士的多角色培养,保持与优秀专家的积极联系。在未来的发展方向上,注重与作者共建电子平台,发挥好编辑的中介作用。

At present,the author body of the journals of local universities that offer undergraduate program is mainly composed of master and doctoral students.It has become a serious issue that the journals lack excellent papers by teachers and the attention from excellent experts.In this regard,the editorial division should actively select outstanding postgraduates with academic potential,pay attention to the multi-role training of young doctors,and maintain positive contact with outstanding experts.In the direction of future development,we should pay attention to building an electronic platform with authors to play a good intermediary role of editors.
